What is the Speech & Language Support Hub?

The Speech & Language Support Hub (formally known as the Parent Advice Hub) is a 30-minute online session designed to give you expert guidance in a relaxed, judgement-free space. You’ll speak directly with an experienced speech and language therapist about your questions or concerns - no referral or formal assessment needed.

A private 30-minute online video call or phone call

  • Time to ask any questions about children’s communication skills or working as a Speech and Language Therapist

  • Advice tailored to you or the child’s age, stage, and individual needs

  • Guidance on whether speech and language therapy may be helpful (if you’re enquiring about a child)

  • Reassurance and clear next steps - with no pressure to commit to therapy or further appointments

Cost & Booking

  • £50 for a 30-minute online session - 25% discount for Students (contact me for a discount code)

  • Payment is required in advance. Card payment via Stripe is preferred, but you can request to pay by bank transfer and an invoice will be issued if needed.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

  • Your session is only confirmed once payment has been received

  • Sessions may be declined or cancelled if it is felt the service is not the right fit for your needs

  • Cancellations:

    • 24-48 hours’ notice: 50% refund

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: no refund
