Quick, expert advice for parents, educators, aspiring SLTs or practicing SLTs with questions about children's speech and language development.

Initial Assessment

All clients must have an initial assessment appointment before commencing with therapy sessions. An initial assessment lasts up an hour and looks into your child's strengths and areas of support in relation to their communication.

Therapy Sessions

Therapy sessions include therapy with the child attended by parent / guardian, and any discussion with the parent / guardian to model and explain the activities. 

The therpaist can offer in person sessions at your home, your child's school or nursery or online.

Reports & Programmes

Families can request reports or therapy programmes at any stage of their journey with Kate. Different report lengths are available, and Kate can guide parents through the options to help them choose the most suitable one for their needs.

Nursery or School Visits

For Individual Children: Families can request a school visit for therapy or observation, with support and recommendations shared with education staff.

For Schools & Nurseries: Settings can book a half or full day for multiple children to be seen on-site as part of my peripatetic speech therapy service.

Training

Schools, nursery settings, healthcare professionals, and other organisations can request bespoke training sessions delivered by Kate at their location (if London-Based) or online.
